Music2Soul is an award winning royalty free music library for businesses. On the Music2Soul’s website all copyrighted materials can be bought with different business licences which can be used on all media channels, web, TV/Radio and in all public areas like shops, stores/chains, restaurants, indie and feature films, documentaries, advertisements, broadcast and much more.
Royalty Free music material is subject to copyright but may be used without the need to pay royalties for each use, per each copy, but needs a specific licence for any type of business usage. We offer wide ranges of licences for our business customers. The licence types and the licence fees depend on the required usage. Royalty Free music does not mean copyright free. All of our music is subject to copyright, so nobody can use our music without a proper licence or authorisation. Any unauthorised business usage is an infringement of copyright and could possibly end in a lawsuit. Please carefully choose the right licence for yourself to avoid any copyright problems.
Licence types
On Music2Soul website we offer two types of licences.
- Media Licences – for all online, web and media usage
- Non PRS/PPL Licences – for all shops, stores, restaurants, waiting rooms, offices, warehouses usage
When you buy our licence, you will buy royalty free material which means when you use it, you do not have to pay any extra PRS/PPL or any other royalty to anybody but the area of the usage is important. Please carefully select the right licence for your business to avoid any copyright problem.
Media licences
Need a background music for your next online, corporate video, online class or the next blockbuster smash hit?
We have six licences that have you covered. Each licence has been specifically crafted to suit the specific needs of users of production music.
The purchased licenced material can be used in only one occasion, one event, one video, one production or one project. These licences are limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable but the license period is everlasting. The licence is valid worldwide and there are no geographical limitations. Singing or playing instruments over the music are not permitted. The licenced material can be looped, trimmed or applied a fading effect in your final production/project. The licenced material cannot be used in combination with material that is punishable, pornographic, graphically violent or derogatory towards any nationality, race, religion, political belief or sexual orientation. The licenced material cannot be used in a production/project where the main focus is on the licenced material. The final product/project cannot be a music video or a part of a music playlist, compilation or similar.

This Web only Licence covers web only usage such as applied background music on a website, podcast, web commercial, corporate video, online class/course, including YouTube, Vimeo & Facebook videos and where the focus is not on the music itself.
No resale, redistribution via physical reproduction or digital download(s), or any standard broadcast/on-demand use are not allowed with this licence.

This Standard Licence covers Web Only Licence plus music on hold, audio book, live event, mobile app, indie film and music festival or concerts. This Standard Licence also allows up to 10,000 copies or redistribution via physical reproduction or digital download(s) of the end product. Direct music resale or any standard broadcast/on-demand usage are not allowed with this licence. If you want to use the music separately on a soundtrack album of a short film, indie film or game, that is under standard PRS/PPL copyrights, that means you have to pay for standard royalty.

This Broadcast 1 Licence covers Standard Licence plus broadcast use up to 1 million of audience and tv/radio commercials. This Broadcast 1 Licence also allows up to 10,000 copies or redistribution via physical reproduction or digital download(s) of the end product. Direct music resale or any standard broadcast/on-demand usage are not allowed with this licence. If you want to use the music separately on a soundtrack album of a short film, indie film or game, TV film or featured film these are under standard PRS/PPL copyrights, that means you have to pay for standard royalty.

If you want to use the music separately on a soundtrack album of a short film, indie film or game, TV film or featured film these are under standard PRS/PPL copyrights, that means you have to pay for standard royalty.
